Lt. Lakin did try … Lt. Lakin did try to go by his chain of command and DOD shoved it off when it came back he was told he lacked standing. What they did next was very telling. They rescinded his deployment that would have been the end of it like the other case but he has refused ANY and ALL orders so now they have to act by court martial. More military need to stand up now, will they or will they prove Holders point that we are a nation of cowards?
